Tuscan Mountain Warmth
Reminiscent of a home tucked into the Tuscan hills, we transformed this kitchen from its lackluster builder grade cabinets to its new, natural wood Medallion cabinets. It was important to the customer to maximize space and have ease of access to interior cabinet storage. Our design achieved both of these goals by utilizing cabinets that stretched to the ceiling as well as having entry cabinet doors from either side of the blind cabinet on the kitchen peninsula. You will also notice the large, matching pantry pullouts flanking either side of the refrigerator; further giving additional storage. Some of our favorite features of this renovation include the Stone Peaks travertine tile on the floor, the see-through peninsula between the kitchen and eat-in dining area, and the antique pewter hardware and faucetry. Lastly but not least, can you spot the range hood? We hope not…we camouflaged it in a tiny, decorative panel above the range. Sneaky, right?!
